Vibratory bowl feeders are key automation equipment used on industrial production lines to separate, orient and continuously feed parts to assembly. Parts loaded in bulk into the bowl move along the spiral track through vibration; thanks to separators and guides on the track, only correctly positioned parts reach the outlet while wrongly oriented ones fall back into the bowl.

At VİBSTAR, we design every bowl according to the geometry, size, weight and surface properties of the part to be fed. We determine the best orienting track for pins, screws, nuts, washers and complex-shaped parts by working on your sample part.
